Shipping Policy

1. Delivery notifications

    Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email at the email address you provided. This email contains the tracking number (if any) so that you can track the package online to your address. You can also choose to receive a delivery confirmation to your mobile phone via text message.

     

    2. Delivery times

    If you order before 15:00 CET (Central European Time), after having passed the necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 15:00 CET will be sent the next day, except those processed on Fridays after 15:00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, they will be sent the next business day.

    Delivery in Peninsular Spain, are made within a period of 48 working hours.

    Deliveries in the Rest of the World, are made between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the population.

     

    3. Shipping costs

    Except for previously reported collections. Shipping costs are free.

         3.1. International deliveries

    Brilliant It has shipping to the whole world, except those countries that, due to their socio-political situation or their customs, hinder us. Please note that customs charges may apply for deliveries to countries outside the EU, which are at your own expense.

     

    4. Delivery to business addresses and multi-occupancy buildings

    Brilliant allow delivery to alternate delivery addresses, including business addresses and workplaces. If you specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that someone is available during normal business hours (e.g. at the front desk) who can sign the delivery on your behalf, as our freight forwarders deliver to the address indicated. and not necessarily the named person.

    Please note that in a multi-occupancy building, anyone in the building is authorized to sign the package to confirm receipt. Our transportation agencies consider an item as delivered when a signature is obtained at the designated address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address or to obtain the package delivered from the signatory.

     

    5. Inspection upon delivery

    When you receive your order, you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. In case it appears to have been tampered with, you should refuse the delivery. And contact us to be able to offer you a solution as soon as possible.

     

    6. Delays in delivery or shipment

In the event that this occurs, your order will be marked as an express delivery the next day.

      7. Lost shipments

Unfortunately, as with all shipping services, there may be exceptional circumstances in which packages do not arrive within the agreed period of time or there is some loss. In those circumstances, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive the item as soon as possible. To do this, we will contact the delivery service and try to locate your package for delivery. You can also contact the delivery service yourself with the tracking number that appears in your shipping email. For lost items, we cannot refund orders or ship a replacement product until the lost shipment has been confirmed. The delivery service must confirm this circumstance and the time periods for the confirmation of lost items will depend on the delivery service used.
