Shipping policy

1. Delivery notifications

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email at the email address you provided. This email contains the tracking number (if any) so that you can track the package online to your home address. You can also choose to receive a delivery confirmation to your mobile phone via text message.

     

    2. Delivery times

    If you order before 15:00 CET (Central European Time), after passing the necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 3:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the next day, except those processed on Fridays after 3:00 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

    Delivery in Peninsular Spain, are made within 48 working hours.

    Deliveries in the Rest of the World, is made between 5 to 10 working days, depending on the population.

     

    3. Shipping costs

    Except for some previously reported collections. Shipping costs are free.

         3.1. international deliveries

    Bright It has shipping to the whole world, except for those countries that, due to their socio-political situation or their customs, impede us. Please note that customs charges may apply for deliveries to countries outside the EU, which are at your own expense.

     

    4. Delivery to business addresses and multi-occupancy buildings

    Bright allow delivery to alternate delivery addresses, including business addresses and workplaces. If you specify a business address for delivery, please ensure there is someone available during normal business hours (e.g. at reception) who can sign for the delivery on your behalf, as our freight forwarders deliver to the specified address and not necessarily the named person.

    Please note that in a multi-occupancy building, anyone in the building is authorized to sign for the package to confirm receipt. Our shipping agencies consider an item delivered when a signature is obtained at the designated address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address or to get the package delivered from the signatory.

     

    5. Inspection at the time of delivery

    When you receive your order, you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. In case it appears to have been tampered with, you should refuse delivery. And contact us so we can offer you a solution as soon as possible.

     

    6. Delays in delivery or shipment

      Although Brilliant Barcelona can ship virtually all orders within the specified delivery time, in some rare circumstances our delivery capacity may be overwhelmed causing an additional one day delay. Bright regret that this circumstance may occur occasionally. This is an unfortunate situation that is naturally associated with online shopping, but only occurs in extreme circumstances. Should this occur, your order will be marked as an urgent overnight delivery.

      The other circumstance that could cause a delay is if the delivery service itself had a problem. Again, this is an exceptional situation that is unfortunately beyond our control. In those situations, Bright They will do their best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

       

      7. Missing Shipments

      Bright they use courier companies for all their shipments for reasons of reliability and convenience. Unfortunately, as with all shipping services, there may be rare circumstances where packages do not arrive within the agreed timeframe or are lost. In these circumstances, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive the item as soon as possible. To do this, we will contact the delivery service and try to locate your package for delivery. You can also contact the delivery service yourself with the tracking number in your shipping email. For lost items, we are unable to refund orders or send a replacement product until the loss of the shipment has been confirmed. The delivery service must confirm this circumstance and the time periods for the confirmation of lost items will depend on the delivery service used.
